Unbooked stays in Greece
The days between bookings, at a discount.
Own a place with empty nights coming up? List it here.
Less choice, better prices
Booking late means not every place is free. The ones that are cost less, and here is why.
An empty night earns nothing
Most calendars have gaps
The closer, the cheaper
A fair price for a late booking
An owner would rather have a guest than an empty house. So nights that are close come down in price, by an amount the owner chooses.
Going within 7 days?
A free weekend a few days away is worth more to an owner with a guest in it. Their lowest prices are here.
Owners usually set these nights 25 to 50% below their platform price.
Show these placesGoing in 8 to 14 days?
A little more notice for the owner, so a smaller difference. The place and the welcome are the same.
Usually 10 to 20% below the platform price.

A few plain facts about how this site works.
Listed by the owner, under their name
Every place is put up by the person who owns it or looks after it. We read each application before a place goes live.
The owner sets the price
The number you see is the owner’s price for that night. We don’t mark it up or add a fee at the end.
You don’t need an account
Nobody will ask you to sign up. Look around, pick a place you like, and get in touch with the owner.
Only the next 14 days
We list nothing further out than that. The list stays short, and everything on it is actually free.
